Program Overview
The House Of Lilies Residential Program offers mentorship and social services to vulnerable populations in the Philadelphia region, including the elderly, individuals with medical conditions, individuals with mental health concerns, veterans and military service members with disabilities, the homeless, and migrant communities.
Benefits Counseling
We provide comprehensive counseling services to clients, including guidance on obtaining benefits such as food stamps, health insurance, life insurance, affordable housing, and financial management.
Transportation
We offer transportation services to clients, including accompaniment to appointments, pharmacy trips, grocery shopping, restaurant visits, and recreational outings in the community.
Computer Instruction
Our staff provides computer and internet literacy training, including instruction on email usage, data security, and related skills.
Amenities Included
Daily Living Support
Three home cooked meals daily, grocery shopping services, medication and diabetes management support, and cleaning services.
Social Engagement
Group activities for the residents.
Community Reintegration
Assistance with reintegration into the community.
