Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care in the least restrictive setting, allowing our clients to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities

Tara Fears LPN : Co-founder

Ashley Edwards Co-Founder

Ashley Powers-Edwards, RN is a Co-Founder and Co-Owner of House Of Lilies Residential Program, LLC. With 19 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, including in-patient care, Ashley brings a strong background in serving at-risk populations with special needs. Her extensive experience and professional network make her well-equipped to provide quality care to the elderly, medically fragile, mentally ill, veterans and military-service disabled, homeless, and migrant populations in Philadelphia through House Of Lilies Residential Program

Tara Fears Co-Founder

Tara Fears, LPN, has extensive experience as a licensed practical nurse, with a focus on pediatrics and geriatrics, as well as home care. She has spent 6 years working in the drug/alcohol and psychiatric field of nursing, and prior to that, she had over 15 years of experience in the human service field. Tara’s experience working with children in foster care and treatment facilities inspired her to foster and eventually adopt a medically fragile child. This experience has fueled her passion for helping those in need and led her to co-found House of Lilies. Through her work in the drug/alcohol and psychiatric field, she recognizes the need for more facilities and programs to aid in the recovery of individuals facing these challenges.
